Honestly, I put a stupid I don't care if I sell it prices to chase away all the cheap pricks. Too many people watch reality TV and think they can be some sort of swinging dick that flips cars for a profit.
I tend to look at what is for sale in a 500 mile radius that is compareable, and go from there.
