It would be great if you could get members of the club to come out and help you. Like many clubs you will have members that have so much knowledge. My suggestion would be to have a plan. Maybe a poster board with all the items that need to be done first. Or even plan on the bigger jobs cause you will have people there to help and give advice. So many things to consider when asking people to come and help. Tools, parts, food and beer. Good luck.
