One more work day and the fun begins for the weekend.

Weekend started to me today and looks like it will last through next week not by choice. Since I'm off I might as well work on my motor for my Chevelle.

Chevelle is at home in the shop with the top down waiting to go cruisin but the rain is putting a damper on that.

That would be our weather as well. Lots of rain yesterday but the weekend is looking dry and most of next week.

Week has gone by rather quickly ,looking forward to the weekend.

Weekend car shows for me. Plan to visit a couple in our area.

Area down here is crumy out too. It just started raining and it rained yesterday.

Yesterday was just sticky,humid and overcast but today has been a little rainy with high humidity and hot.

Hot is on the schedule for tonight with a little Cinco De Mayo festivities.

Festivities will begin tomorrow at the ACES Southeastern Regional Chevelle Show and we hope to see Ms Grumpy there and may even go up to South Carolina to hang out with them a while.

While you will be having fun at the ACES Southeastern Regional Chevelle and visting friends I plan to go to the Surban auto group car show tomorrow. Home of the trunk monkey commericals.

Commercials of the Trunk Monkey are what gave Northern Ohio Chevelle Club the idea to use a monkey as their club mascot .

Mascot's come in all sizes and shapes.

Shapes are circles, squares, triangles and rectangles.

Rectangles are many sizes especially street signs and construction signs.

Signs of the times, things are always changing

Changing the plugs and oil in our cars makes them last longer.

Longer days and warmer weather means more time to spend cruising and smokin' the tires.

Tires, don't you need a transmission to do that? Seems someone mentioning needing one.

One tiny leak needs to be fixed on my transmission then I will be good to go.

Go do some Burnouts.

Future seems bright .

Bright have been the days around here with finally lots of sun. It means though I will be spendy less time on the computor and out enjoying the sunshine and working hard on the chevelle to meet my dead line in mid June.

June will be a busy month.

Month of May is going by quickly ,we will meet at Chucks house in Nashville this weekend for the pre planning of Chevellabration and of course the feast he always prepares .He is quite the cook with his smoker and grill and everyone also brings a side dish of some sort .Plus we get to check out Chucks massive garage.

Garage is nice and clean here! Today is my oldest sons birthday and yesterday's was my other sons birthday. They are 364 days apart and are Irish twins.

Twins would be interesting to have if I were younger.

Younger Iam with having a big sister only 6 minutes older then me.

Me and Joan are looking forward to the weekend.

Weekend has been a long one for me. Been off work since last friday

Friday cant get here fast enough.

Enough waiting on having the shop ready for my car, should be at the shop by Monday.

Monday is much dreaded by me as it will mean the weekend flew by.

By the way Flash,it must be really tough to not enjoy your job as you are always waiting and wishing for the weekend to arrive.

Arrived at wrong conclusion Grandsport ,I love my job but love the weekends even more. I finally have enough work to keep me busy for a while ,but I do love my work.

Work takes up so much time, it's more fun to go out and play

Play hard is what we do ,we are so busy on the weekends .

Weekend always fly by. Never enough time on the weekends to get everything done.

Done making some long drives, at least for now, that is until someone decides to go again, and that someone is my hubby.
