I am jealous of both the wagon and being debt free.

Yeah, I don't know how long we'll stay debt-free... we've outgrown our house, but have had no luck selling it, so we're going to pay it off and maybe rent it out if we buy something else. We don't want 2 payments, so getting this one paid-off is priority #1 before we buy something else. If we do it right, we'll have renters helping to pay off whatever house we buy. :)

I hope your renters are better than what I wind up with. My rental house is trashed again and my management company is about useless.
