that had happened to me before with my lt1 t56 setup brand new trans brand new clutch and flywheel. the bearing went bad withing 200 miles i changed it out for a new one and never had a problem again.

oh sorry forgot to say that throwout bearing was fine, just pilot bushing was bad. That was a first for me...
