The wife and I started a diet on Saturday; I'd kill for a nice hamburger, but so far I've lost three pounds and Mary has lost four.

Been stalled at 241 for the last 5 days, was hoping to be in the 230's by now. Can't complain better then I was in December.

My wife and I got so frustrated last night we went to Baja Fresh last night. First time we have eaten out in over four months. I still watched what I ate. Chinese would have been nice.

I already did that; I'm only allowed to drink MGD 64. It's ok once you get use to it.

We're supposed to go off the diet tonight for dinner since it's our last night bowling for the season. I'm thinking KFC afterwards. I love chicken and KFC is pretty good; they are building a Popeye’s here in June which is "the best for chicken" and I won't have to travel to Auburn, CA anymore!!

The scallops wrapped in prosciutto with orange glaze, I posted in cooking & spirits forum, is a Weight Watchers Dinner. Lynda was going for awhile and she got a lot of recipes. I don't have a weight problem but I had no problem with Weight Watchers meals she cooked. In fact it was nice because it was more variety, some times you get stuck in a rut. Of course I didn't limit my portions like she had too.
