Dash is hard to find, I know, but got really, really lucky.

Ways to save money, ways to lose weight, ways to go home, ways to improve your memory, ways to quit smoking, ways to stop drinking, I could go on and on on how to use this word, but I won't.

On to another thought ,It finally FRIDAY .

Friday is my favorite day of the week.

Week has been a long one .

One more day done. Worked on the beach house today for the first time in over a month.

Month will end with Lauren having her surgery.

Surgery will get her on the mend .
