Good weekend, went out and sited in the hunting rifles for next weekends opener.

Opener used to be useful back when I drank beer .

Beer was consumed after driving well over an hour home yesterday with the heater on high trying to keep the car from overheating.

Overheating really sucks, especially when it is hot outside.

Outside today was wet. Not ready for the rainy season yet

Yet another day with rain, didn't affect driving my car since I still net to replace the starter.

Starter still sitting in garage, but van is fixed.

Fixed gaze is what is on me from my favorite dog Avis.

Avis, isn't that rental car company, how did you come up with that name?

Name for a rental dog. I like the names Grandsport has for his animals

Animals is what distroyed my rental house and I mean the human kind.

I know that feeling! So glad I finally sold my rental

Rental property sometimes sux (most of the time actually ) ,I wish I could sell but the market is tough.

Tough luck on those rental houses, too bad we don't live closer, maybe we could have been a lessee.

Lessee could be arranged ,we would give you a deal in it. I have a friend that expressed interest in it but I dont know how serious he is. He currently lives in an apartment and hates it so we will see what happens when we get it ready again .

You're definitely right about the "most of the time." I ended up letting a rental company deal with the tenants and when I found out that they weren't doing what we agreed upon I decided to sell it. Didn't lose any on it. but was extremely lucky!

Week should have 8 days in it with the new one being funday.

Everyday is a good day if you can just enjoy the ride.

Coast is where I will be at again this weekend. Need to be working on the chevelle again soon.

Soon our vacation must end.

End is not a good word when it come to having a good time.

Time is flying bye so fast. The Holidays are almost here again. But wait it's property tax time first in November just before the Holidays.
