Triple By-pass anyone?
That's what we had for dinner. Prime rib roast, baked potato with lot's of butter and asiago cheese bread, with butter of course. I was good though, I did have some salad..... with ranch dressing and cheese. :o

As long as you don't do that every day you should be OK! A buddy just had a quadruple bypass and is into grazing now. We'll see how long it lasts. Back in 1968 he sat across the table from me as we downed one of those 72oz. stakes in Amrillo, TX. 42 minutes for me and 43 for him and he's half my size!

I couldn't and wouldn't want to eat like that everyday. I like variety, all kinds of food.

Sounds like you had and awesome meal.

It's become a New Year's tradition for us. Turkey or ham for the other holidays, prime rib for New Year's.

I've got a bro-in-law that lives down here but is originally from just north of Pittsburgh (Butler) and they always do the same hot dog/sauerkraut menu for New Year's. |
