What is going to be your first car show ?
 

Today, we had a day that was almost warm. So I was wondering when you are planning on going to your first cruise or car show of the year.

I am hoping that sometime in April, I will be able to go to one of the local shows. Here in Michigan we have a saying, wait a minute and the weather will change. I may make plans to go to a show...but Mother Nature may have other plans.

Ours will be the ACES Southeast Regional Peachstate Chevelle Show on April 30th and May 1rst in Gainesville Ga. We are taking the El Camino to a local cruise in on Sunday. We cant wait to get the vert back from the body shop ,I think Im going to have to light a fire under them soon.

I remember last year you talked about that show. Just curious, after last year, how many miles do you plan on driving your cars this year ?

Not as many as last year but as many as we can. We will be going to the Ohio show again and to Cruisin the Coast in Mississippi and of course Chevellabration .Dont have any others planned as of yet.

I may be riding out to a nice little once a month gathering this Saturday night. Weather is supposed to be perfect...75 & blue sky, into next week. :D

Please send some of that nice weather my way, please..

why must I procrastinate?

When bolt number 4 goes in the hood hinge.

Our Chevelle club and ACES show in July. Will be the first time the car has been on the road in over 7 years. It will be over five for me.

First show will be the Bearing Burners Car show at the GM Tech Center on May 1st. I hope to start working on the car in early April once I finish or while working on the house and yard.

We are going to have to make plans to meet up. Cause we plan on doing that show also.

As long as the weather is nice and the chevelle is running (currently not running due to a bad HEI). I will be there. Look for a White 69 Malibu.

usually start the season at the Hooters friday night cruise Memorial day weekend, it's put on by the Ct. GTO club and has been voted best Ct. cruise night 2 yrs running now.

It would be so cool to be able to travel the country to go to many of our members favorite car shows. I hear you guys all talk about the car shows in your area and I would love to be able to go. Heck, I don't have enough time to do the ones here, but I would still love to go to them all.

So for those of you who love to take pics, even if you only take a few, please post them so that everyone can see. Cause you all know....I love pics !

The ACES Southeast Regional Peachstate Chevelle Show is next weekend and we are working the silent auction for our final year .It will be good to see all our regular visitors from other states that we only get to see a couple of times a year and hopefully a few new folks too.
