Made our reservations today. Think they screwed up on our room rate. Thats OK, think it happened last year and they sorted it out when we checked it.

We will be arriving a day early, like we did last year. They had so much fun even the night before that we figured that we didn't want to miss it .

We are pleased to announce that the Holiday Inn and Northern Ohio Chevelle Club will be giving away 2 free nights stay to one lucky pre-registered participant for the ACES Northern Regional Chevelle Show.
That will save you $160 dollars for your Friday and Saturday night stay. Our entry deadline is July 20th. After that the price goes up and you lose your chance at the free nights stay. The earlier you enter the better; it really helps with our planning. The lucky winner will be drawn at random and notified on July 21st. We have a lot of great sponsors already on board this year. Our Returning Sponsors include Don Sitts Dealership who I might add bought a Chevelle at last year’s show…. Flaming River with their big trailer and display…Great Lake’s Fence will be there to show off their latest styles. NPD, Original Parts Group, Ground Up, & Hinshaw Chevelle parts always seems to find a way to support our Show. This year’s new sponsor is O’Reilly Auto Parts…. They are sending 4 reps and a bunch of give-a way’s. O’Reilly Auto Parts will be opening a new store in Strongsville and we will be part of their opening week extravaganza. We decided to run a special from now till June 30th for for our chevelleforum.org friends. A business card add is usually $40 but for $20 we will put your add in the ACES Northern Regional Chevelle Show program. We print over 250 programs; you can’t even buy 250 business cards for $20. We would love to advertise your business or your place of employment. We could also put a personal add in for you….

Pre-registration for the show comes to a close tomorrow, July 20th. Entries can still be sent in at the pre-registration price as long as the entry is postmarked by July 20th.
After tomorrow, entries will be excepted at the late entry price until the lot or banquet is filled, whichever comes first. Spots for both are vanishing quickly. |
I got mine in early, didn't want to miss this year.

15 days or so to the show..... Here is a list of our sponsors. Please Thank them for us if you see them or work with them... We would not be able to put on the show without them. As many of you know there is no way the registration covers the price for each attendee to attend this show. We are a non-profit organization and we try to make enough money to run the show next year and make sizable donations to the charities we support. I also want to thank all the volunteers who help run the show!!!
