Cool. There's my good turn for today. :D

grandsport 01-15-2010 04:15 PM

Thanks,Hank. In case nobody knows,i kinda like animals.:)

Hank70SS 01-15-2010 04:35 PM

We have a black lab, Annie, she's a little over 8 years old. She was the runt of the litter, she's about 55 lbs. We also have a small cat Zoe, 8-9 lbs and about 4 years old. Was my daughter's cat and see asked us to watch it for her for a couple weeks, that was almost 3 years ago.

FlintTony 01-15-2010 06:57 PM

I clicked on it Hank.

Cessnarob 01-16-2010 07:06 PM

Don't know if it counts..but I clicked twice..:D

Hank70SS 01-17-2010 07:21 AM

I guess you can click on it everyday. Don't think 2 clicks in one day counts but it can't hurt.

Hank70SS 01-23-2010 03:49 PM

Just saw that commercial for abused animals and thought a I would click the link again.

grandsport 01-23-2010 04:19 PM

Honestly I forgot about this,thanks.

Hank70SS 01-23-2010 06:24 PM

I hate that commercial. No, I hate the people that have abused those animals like that. I have a hard time watching it and wondering what kind of person it takes to do some of those things. Anyway, I'll try to click on the link every day.

It saddens and pisses me off at the same time.

johnnys1977 01-24-2010 10:42 AM

Thanks for that link! Have to go there every day now!
We donate food and shredded paper to the local shelter! I quarter our news papers and then run it all through our shredder!
We also have the girl in the pet dept. at Wal Mart where the wife works call me when ever she has a broken bag of dog or cat food! She waits til I get there to mark it 50-75% off! If I don't have the money at the time my father-in-law will pay or my daughter-in-law who herself is a vet tech!

Hank70SS 02-05-2010 04:06 PM

I've been trying to click the link everyday, only takes a second.

Hank70SS 03-23-2010 07:09 PM

Don't forget guys, doesn't cost you anything, just a few seconds of your time.

grandsport 03-23-2010 07:19 PM

Thanks for the reminder Hank,I got out of the routine.:o

Hank70SS 03-24-2010 08:19 AM

It's easy to forget but I've been doing pretty good, hit it almost everyday.

shadowgray396 05-06-2010 05:46 PM

Everyday I get up and thank the lord for another day.

Hank70SS 05-06-2010 07:06 PM

I get down, I know my job can't last much longer. It's lasted longer than I expected. Still I can't complain at all. I've been very lucky, 37 years with I guess above average pay. A nice home, car, truck and a Chevelle and the family is healthy and doing well. We all want more than we currently have, that's human nature. I just step back and look at what I have and what I've done and realize how fortunate I am. There's millions of people that would love to have the life I have. I know I'm rambling but it helps to think of all the less fortunate people when you start feeling down about how things are going for you. All of a sudden you realize you have nothing to complain about.

I was about to unsticky this post even though I click that link pretty much everyday.

grandsport 05-06-2010 07:09 PM

Leave it there,Hank.

Hank70SS 12-08-2010 07:31 AM

Anybody clicking the linky, only takes a second guys and helps feed rescued animals.

Ms Grumpy 12-08-2010 07:58 AM

Done. I even posted it to my facebook page. I hope this helps.

grandsport 12-08-2010 08:43 AM

This time of year is especially tough for the homeless animals. Is northshore local to you Hasnk?

Hank70SS 12-08-2010 08:52 AM

Northshore? Apparently not since I've never heard of it.

Oh, okay, guess I never paid any attention. Someone forwarded the link to me and I thought it was a good idea.

I cant believe I missed this post completely ,I clicked several times and will go back and make up for lost time. My babies would be rolling in their graves if they knew I had neglected other animals .We sure do miss our weiner mutts but we are not ready for more since we travel so much it would not be fair to them.
