well in october i started to get a nasty knock on my ls1 so i put it in storage and i just got it home today. The car is an 1988 mazda rx7 with and LS1 with a t56. So i got it home and i said well i might as well get started on it.
so i took the hood off

lets hope tomorrow i can get the 9 parts i need from the parts store and fluids and have it back in the car tomorrow :)

I can only imagine how scary fast that thing is and will be faster .

yeah its fast i love it. now with the 6.0 should have a lot more tq and it will move just a bit quicker..lol

well finally i got everything buttoned up cleaned up and zip tied back. filled it with oil i said what the heck why not

but it has a nasty tick coming from the passenger side head no clue what it is yet. i ran out of steam and was beat from the day so i have not looked into it

well got as far as i can today it needed a new oil pump man what a job that was. no more exhaust leaks and running nice and smooth

no i have not gone out to anything all season. but i am working on the chevelle i am hoping to have my chevelle done for july!

well after all this time. i finally got some time to clean it up and took it out the garage for the first time. I still need to bleed the clutch and the brakes and its ready for the road

now that its pretty much now that the rx7 is pretty much done i can go back to work on the chevelle :)

lol yeah i actually wheeled the chevelle over and cleaned up everything i could so i can get started on the chevelle

So what are you going to do with the RX7 now ?

lol i did that already tired of it. i am looking to trade it for something classic or a harley

Great opportunity to get your wife something. ;) I doubt she would mind cruising around in her own Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, etc.

thought about that as well just hard everyone is offering me junk..lol
