Not the CLOCK again!! I'm just getting over the nightmares about the CLOCK!!!


We have two German Shepard dogs down here with us. They love the place.

I like me some puppy-dogs! I would love to take in every stray or homeless dog in the Country. I always wanted an old school bus turned into a dog house for them. I saw a movie when I was a kid that had one, always stuck with me..

I still get leaking eyes when Ol Yeller is on.

Same here Tony, if I ever hit the Powerball I want to buy a chunk of land specifically to house all of the homeless and shelter dogs. I like dogs more than most people that I meet.

As an infant that was nursed by my mother...I'm suddenly hungry. LOL

They are already getting bigger...

Now you got me wanting a puppy .

They are running around, barking, etc. I spend time each day watching them. I am going to be sad when they go to new homes.

They're getting big, just over ten weeks old now.

I'm thinking that you need to keep them all.

Man, I hear you. I had seven German Shepard's here at one time. I loved having that many, but it was expensive and sometimes a real pain in the ass. The big males were always fighting each other to see who would be the alpha. Had some horrible battles, with me being on the losing end a couple of times.

Well, I am keeping two of the four. It's going to be tough, but I just can't let them go.

Here's a recent picture, they turned twelve weeks old this past Tuesday.

I'm sure the puppies will be VERY happy there! Glad to see that you are keeping them.

How do you decide which 2 to keep ,tough choice there ?

You're not kidding! One warmed up to me instantly. And she has very similar markings to her father. The other one that I decided that I couldn't live without is best buddies with the first one I decided on. I felt horrible separating them. And my dad really likes the second one. I could tell that he had developed a bond with her.

My dogs stay with my folks when I am at work... sort of doggie daycare.

The first one went to her new home today. I already miss her, but know that she went to a great forever home.

Bittersweet, but I'm sure that you have made two other families very excited and happy with their new family members. Enjoy the ones that you got to keep!

The two I kept are so much fun, I love having them around.

Funny how the "kids" always come back home. Is it permanent?

Yes, not going to bounce the poor dog around. So... 5 dogs it is. (I must be crazy) A small child was introduced into the household, and it didn't work out. It sucks for them, but at least she had a good home to return to.

I hope she fits in with the rest of the dogs. I had seven German Shepherds at one time. That was a handful.

So far, she is doing great. I couldn't imagine 7 big dogs in the house. The biggest of my 5 is 30lbs.
