Replacing rear quarters need info on wheel houses.
 

I am replacing both rear quarters on my 70 Chevelle soon and the outer wheel houses are rusted out. My question is should i replace the wheel houses or make my own out of sheet metal ? The previous owner cut the quarters to fit 15x10 slots , i would like to use these rims with drag slicks on them but will they fit with org wheelhouses?

Got the new quarter panels today and they look great. I think im going to replace the outer wheel houses but it will be a couple weeks before i get them. My step father is a fabricator so im goin to talk it over with him. I will post pictures as the process unfolds.

What size tires do you plan to run? I have a set of 275/60x15 that fit no problem. If you go that size or wider you may have to roll the fender lip. Good luck on the new quarters.
