pinion angle?

I just installed a new hotchkis TVS system in my 71 chevelle and have adjustable upper trailing arms and was wondering what the correct pinion angle is. anyone know?

Need more information... what is the current angle of the transmission, driveshaft, and pinion?

It should be equal to the angle of the transmission, but no less than 1deg operating angle with the driveshaft.

im not sure of the exact angle but i just have it adjusted right now so its about in line with the drive line.

You will get some vibration if you don't have at least 1deg of operating angle. 2-3deg is preferred.
