It wont happen to me,I laugh at the heat.
 

Been on my back for 3 days now,yeah,I learned my lesson the heat aint nothing to fool around with.Now Im paying for it for not taking care of myself.Never had anything knock me on my ass like this.

Gary ,I hope youre feeling better ,it takes a while to get back to where you were so dont push yourself .Been there ,done that and dont want the DAMN T shirt .Take care of yourself and eat and drink when you feel like you can.
