Part number question

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot.
I am dealing with a person who has a 71 454 Ls5, my problem is the heads were swapped but I dont know about the block.

If the part # is 39310657 it's a long neck water pump. I'm not sure that's what the number is though, pretty hard to read.

I think your right. That's the number I read as well.
