broken exhaust manifold bolt
 

so i was working on a motor for my uncle and went to take off the exhaust manifold and when i got the last bolt off and the manifold came off i noticed that the first bolt which i thought was missing was actually broken off in the head. I have no way to get a vice grip on it because its in the head. Anyone have any advice for me on how to take it out?

Mig weld a tit on it and work it back and forwards with some penetrating oil.
It may take a few tries....but it WILL come out.
