mirror placement
 

chevelle owners i have a question. Since i am working on my doors my buddy came over and said hey what about your mirror! then it hit me i have no mirror on my driver side! so now we are looking and it seems like the door is welded shut with bondo so my question is can someone post for a 69 chevelle where the mirror goes and what the mounting point looks like please

Im glad to know the right way to measure mirrors .I used that same method for a guy wanting measurements for my truck mirrors and it worked for him but didnt know if it was the best way ,now I know.
