At the big shows like Chevell-abration, I'm usually going to bed around the same time some of the early-birds are getting up. :beer:

I do disconnect the "hot" wire to the computer at the fuse block (used to run the coil wire to the same place when I had an HEI) if I'm somewhere that I feel nervous about it... still might not stop them, but they're less likely to stick around and diagnose the problem.

The professional thief is tough to stop though. :(

I have a remote battery with a hidden switch that allows me to completely disable the car.

A security system is something that I have been seriously thinking about. Any suggestions?

It's too bad an OnStar system couldn't be retrofitted to our beloved classic cars.
