Judy's taco salad
 

Ingredients:

1# hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Rotini 1 lb box
lettuce (chopped)
tomatoes to desire (chopped)
1 lg bag of Dortos (crushed)
1 lg bottle of Western dressing
chopped onions ( I never use them, because I don't like raw onions)
1 2 cup bag shredded cheese....I use mexican mix

cook hamb and taco seasoning according to directions
cook rotini according to box and rinse in cold water

I mix rotini, hamb seasoning and chopped tomatoes and let marinate over night and then add rest of ingredients just before serving. This will make the largest bowl that Tupperware has, just for an idea of how much it makes. Do not use shredded lettuce as it will get way too soggy. Pour Western (do not substitue with any other dressing, this is key) over very last and mix until moisten as desired.
