The lifter bores are worn out and cylinders not much better. Its going to be scraped.

The cam, rockers, springs, manifold and heads have 2 miles on them and will be reused.

I wanted to stroke it but then the cam cannot be reused.

Don't know all that much about motors but I think a 355 short block with .270 dome pistons should work nice.
