So sorry Berg. I don't want to say "I hope you sell your car", but on the other hand, if it will help you get to a good place with a dependable car and house, then I hope you do sell it.
Cars never get out of our blood. You will always be looking for the right car, whether it is around the corner or thousands of mile away. And you will find it, it might even be sitting in your friends garage right now.
