At one point, I wanted to use an LS1 411 PCM and LS coil packs. I think it can be done using a 96'+ block and the corresponding timing cover. Think single plane intake with eight injectors, fuel rails, and an elbow with a single TB, or a 4bbl TB that is compatible with the PCM. It would be a breeze to tune, and make plenty of power.
