When I buy a Chevelle, I always consider what color it was originally based on what is on the trim tag.
I usually return the car to that color.
The only exception was on my '70...originally #50 Gobi Beige but I did paint it the 1970 #10 Classic White.
And my '69 SS, presently in Daytona yellow
, will be returning to it's original color... Dover White.
