I just rebuilt the vans rear end again. New gears and bearings axles. I did it a long time ago but didn't have the right tools for it. inch/lb torque wrench mainly. 100 thousand and it was singing again

Wow axles are really picky on the bearing preload. 3-4 inch/lbs makes the difference between silent practically and a hum.

Anywho it is quiet now and I 80 miles in on the break in proceedure. I am getting better at it. Should be this is my third one now. I can see why nobody wants to do this except for them selves. it is alot of work. Put it in take it out rinse repeat LOL
