rust on ceramic headers
hello. I have a 69 Malibu with 350 that threw a rod last weekend and is currently out of the car to get worked on.
the headers, are ceramic, but I noticed spots of surface rust. I would like to do something before I have them put back on once engine is done, can I take like SOS pad or light sandpaper to rub that rust off, or am I doing more harm than good on doing that?
