My '67 is very similar...454 +.030", 10.4 cr, warm HR cam, TH400, 3.73 gears, car weighs 3850 lbs
I had JW build me a TQ convertor...stalls right at 3000 as was specified.
VERY reasonably priced and super quick delivery for a custom built convertor.
Very nice, streetable setup.
