350 turbo shifting
hello. question
69 Malibu, 350 engine, 350 tranny.
on shifting, it goes thru 1st and 2nd relatively quickly, but 3rd is a little slower.
car runs fine, have had it checked at tranny shops in past, fluid changed, etc.
is this have to do with the gears in the car, or no shift kit?
I have a 79 trans am, same transmission, and it shifts quickly, 1 , 2, and 3 .
I prefer that. it has no shift kit.
I didn't know what I needed to do to make it shift 1,2,3 without the hesitation or lag to get to 3rd. its more annoying than anything.
