Went to a root canal specialist and he did his thing. Still no good, had to have it pulled a month or so ago. I think it's a racket Tony. The sign he was sitting next to looked professional and legit. Maybe we need to look for guys that have an office and all. Of course you'll pay a lot more. So I guess it's a toss up.

Thanks for the info on the cast iron. I guess there's some kind of pump that mounts to it on the inside so it's not an easy thing to make a replacement for.
