Well I still don't see anything real obvious although it looks like the clutch fork is pretty far forward. If the fork were farther back it would pivot out closer to the position you need to be. Are you sure the fork is locked into the throwout bearing properly? If it was sitting on the back edge of the bearing instead of slipped into the ring that would push the other end of the fork forward quite a bit.
