Made a batch today...

Bacon...must have bacon


And good smoked sausage


Add aromatics (bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, poultry seasoning, thyme)


Add skinned and boned chicken thighs


Get 'em brown..


Let it all simmer together and marry
