Default Some pics before storage

I took a couple pics of the Chevelle before I stuck her away in storage for the winter. Also, here's some pics of the deconstructed dash before I replaced the dash panel and dash pad in September. I was going to take some pics of the completed dash but the batteries in the camera died! The next time I'm able, Im going to get some pics of the finished interior.

Thanks for the compliments.

It looks a lot worse than it actually was. My wife just about flipped when she came out to the garage to see how it was going. And then she had the nerve to ask me if I would be able to get it all back together again? LOL Once I bundled everything together it looks a lot better.

I ended up replacing the dash panel because it was so hacked up. I also did the gauge lens, it was really yellowed and scratched up. Now she looks like she just came off the showroom floor. I got all the pieces from NPD (I pass by them on my commute to work) and everything fit together really well and looks amazing. I also installed a stereo from Retro Sound USA, it looks old school but has all the modern technology.

Something about a red '70! LOL ... Mike when you get your camera batteries hows about some shots of the car all tucked away for the winter? Is the storage area heated?

I sure will Rank. No, it's not heated, I'm using my inlaws garage. They are both retired and only have one vehicle and a 2.5 car garage. So, instead of paying for a storage unit, I pay them to store it there. It's a win-win for both of us. That way they get $$ for them and I can put my daily driver in our garage for the winter, something you guys in Cali don't have to worry about!

Beautiful car Mike, well at least until I saw the wiring. Just kidding. It is going to be hard to wait until spring to pull it out and drive it.
