Default Engine mounts

Just a quick question, looking at my motor mounts (SB), I noticed the main thru bolt that connects to the two halves of the mount together, the nut side has a washer between the nut and mount but the head side, there is no washer and it seems there should be one there? Is this correct?

I have a BB so can't say for certain but a BB has a washer at both ends. Also according to factory assembly manual bolt should be inserted from the rear with nut on front side. This may have been just for ease of assembly but that's how the factory did it.

actually that makes sense-pulling the bolt rearward there is clearance. Because whom ever installed them on my car did them backwards, the fuel pump on the passenger side will probably block me from removing it!
