Newest face-palm moment... just got asked if I would trade for a geo tracker with a sbc swap. ::sigh:: The guy claims it cost him $30K to build that mongrel. He needs to drop a zero, that would be more realistic.

As usual, no sale. We agreed on a price over the phone. I drove the car about 30 minutes to meet the guy. I get there, and he starts nit-picking every little rock chip, etc. Then offers me $3000 less than we agreed upon. I remained calm, said, "We're done here. Thanks for wasting my time." Then started to leave. The guy had the nerve to ask me, "What? You're not going to counter offer?" It took all I had not to punch him in the face.

I really want to get rid of this car and the Formula, then go buy a late model truck cash. I need to be down to two vehicles for my sanity. With a truck and just the Chevelle, I can pick up and go any time I want. So tired of being tied down by material possessions.

Pretty much sold, recieved a $500 deposit this morning. Delivering the car and getting the rest of my money Tuesday. It sold for nearly my full asking price.
