The hinges seem ok for now. I will keep my stock ones. I also have original fenders and bumpers hanging around. I was going to scrap em. Is there something I should do with them instead?

I would hang them on the wall or store them somewhere .

Got the stripe on and wheel opening moldings. Also I installed a couple relays that turn off the headlights when I turn off the ignition. Could never remember to do it.

Another big score was I went to a guys glass shop that has a couple old chevelles out back. I was able to look at his doors and find a home for all my left over hardware. Also the big find was the part I need for the fresh air flapper in the cowl.

Got the windows all adjusted and car is now 98% water tight. Small leak in trunk area. Then I can start on interior.
Started adding hush matt. Last night.
And finally got my cowl A/C flapper installed.

Leak in the trunk, most likely in the corner of the back window area.
