In winter, I keep ours on about 62 during the day...maybe 66. At night, 58 TOPS.
When I used to live "up north", the thermostat rarely saw the top side of 58. Now in the warmer weather down here, the thermostat stays on 76 when we're not home, 70 or 72 when we are home, and 66 or 68 at night.
