Default Hi guys from WI, looking for my dads old LS6

Hi, i know that this is a long shot, but i have to try. I have been trying to locate the 1970 Ls6 chevelle that my father purchased new. I do not have much to go on other than that the car was being restored in Geneva, illinois about 15 years ago. The man had contacted my father about a few things in the cars history. He misplaced the guys phone number and he did not contact us like he said he would once the car was done. I wish I had the vin but I dont, but this is what I do know:
1970 Chevelle
LS6 454
M40 turbo 400
3.31 posi
Forrest Green with white stripes
green interior/ buckets with console
AM radio
No power steering
Functional cowl induction
Purchased new at Thorstad Chevy in madison, WI... the car had been accidentally double ordered
My dad (Richard) bought it new, then sold it in 72 to my uncle Don. He then sold it in about 1978 . a friend of mine, had the cylinder heads and intake until the same guy that talked purchased them (for alot of money) to return the car to stock. He mentioned that when the motor was blown up a piston had broke and bent a valve. The man restoring it said that the original block was sleeved. I do not know much more but if you guys happened to have any leads for me I would be extremely thankful!

Thanks in advance!
Russ
