'68 w/ stock Rally Wheels. Brake Conversion

I have a '68 Malibu with stock 14" rally wheels and need to do a brake conversion from drum. Now I have seen that the calipers will fit on the disc brake rally wheels. Did they make different rally wheels for disc and drum version of the Chevelle? I'm a bit confused and need to know if I need to get a different wheel when I do my conversion.

Also anyone know a good place where I can order a full kit, booster, lines and everything?
