what issues to look for in a '71 Chevelle

Going to look at one today, and just found this forum. The owner said it needs driver's quarter work, but the driveline is strong. Motor rebuilt, with a few mods, and has a disc brake conversion.

What should I look for in trouble areas? Hidden rust issues? Looks like he started an SS conversion, but I'm not sure yet how far he got on it.
