2013 plans for my 72 wagon. First I need to get the radiator fixed. I hope that it is fixable. I will NOT get one of the garbage radiators that the auto parts stores sell these days. I do not want to go with an aluminum one. Want to keep it stock looking under the hood. To order in an OEM rad is a 600 dollar proposition. Then I want to finish rebuilding the front end. All I got left is the lower control arm bushings. I have been trying to score a set of drop spindles on E-bay but keep loosing out. I want to drop the car and give it a road racing look.
Then if I can get all of the body work done and get it at least covered with this real good epoxy primer I have used. I will be happy for 2013. This primer is great. as long as you do not cut into it. It is hard and does not get effected by the sun or weather like your regular primers. It stays looking like you just shot it for every, just about. It also has a nice sheen to it. Never totally flat. Man that would make this year a success for me on the wagon front. ![]() But FIRST!!! New Years Eve at my bar at home.
