You got me thinking about that.The first car I used it in was my 65 elcamino.It had a 3 spd std with some sort of factory od unit on it simular to a gearvendor unit.I had to lower that one so the yoke wouldnt hit the floor.Its in my 64 chevelle now and same as you just had to move it back and drill some new holes.That 3 spd with the od was kinda cool wish I still had it.
