I guess people can say it has as many miles as they wish but it is pretty much illegal to tamper with the odometer..... not that it isnt done! LOL
In my mind the engine might have "X" amount of miles on it since the rebuild ... same as all the other parts but the car itself has "moved" so many miles since its creation. Corvette owners are just anuses ... I got one myself! LOL
