Default Lots of work ahead

Things have been moving along. And Hank you are right it will be a frame off project. They took out all the plumbing and water to the house since it was junk. This project is growing by the minute. They have most of the dry rot out and had to add some new floor joists and a couple of new large beams under the house for support. The house was 6 inches low in one corner and 10 inches in the other. Maybe formed for footings by friday. The picture with the layout inside of the house is what the finished inside will look like. The black walls are the new walls with a new 10 x 10 laundary room added back on which I tore off last weekend. I informed my wife last night my car is going to get finished before I jump into this project for her full time on the weekends.
