That's a Canadian Beaumont SD, Sports Deluxe. Debatable as to whether Beaumonts were a Canadian Pontiac model or a separate GM car line altogether.

The Sports Deluxe is along the line of the Chevelle SS. Came with with a 396 and other features of the SS. We parked right across from one at Frankenmuth Autofest this year. Very cool car, a few styling differences here and there that set it off from the Chevelle. Actually the styling is very nice and a little upscale from the Chevelle. Very rare car and probably worth a fortune. The one at Autofest, convertible, was absolutely perfect, looked like it just rolled off the line.
