Welcome.
Rallys were basically borne from the need to get a rim to fit over the Vette disc and were used on either/or. But not all rallys will clear the caliper on large rotor discs. The center cap (derby) said "Disc Brake" on alot but not all of the disc brake applications and the drum/type simply said General Motors Division. "Where to get brake set-ups" probably is not a question of where to buy but a question of where NOT to buy .... good luck with that.
