Congrats on quitting ,I know it must have been tough .A co-worker several years ago wanted to quit smoking after smoking for 40 years ,since he was 12 .He tried the patches ,pills, gum ,nothing worked for him .Everything made him irritable or feel bad but one day he came to work with 2 cartons of cigs and a bunch of lighters and gave it all to another co-worker and said I quit. That was 3 years ago and he hasnt smoked another since ,and he says he feels better .But he has just been diagnosed with cancer and waiting to see what his treatment options are .
