Thanks and I am proud to be an ex smoker.It was very hard to do this at first.I have been keeping it up and it was getting very expensive.I went through 2 packs a day.The day I quit,I threw my remaining packs in a fire pit and burned them.At the same time,my husband decided to quit too and threw the last pack he had in his shirt pocket in the fire pit too.Told me wanted to do this with me and we supported each other which helped out a lot.Even got rid of each ash tray in our home.
