That is because she was not schooled in Man Math. Did she grow up around a bunch of mechanics ? I think that those of us, women at least, that grew up around fathers, brothers, uncles and friends who worked on cars, learned the Man Math early on. I think I was fortunate in learning this early, as it has come in handy for many other things in my life.
